In some respects it feels "comfortable" that this year's software feels so familiar, but sometimes it feels as though the program is due for an update. Maube modifying the color scheme would help.
A specific that bothers me, however--I'd like to have a way to jump to different interview topics in the program, much like the way we can jump to specific forms. My experience is that I receive similar forms from several sources, and I like to add their contents to my file when they arrive. So I might want to jump to inputting a W-2 one day, close the program for a few days, and then input a 1099-INT, close it again, and then input a different W-2 a few days after that. There should be a faster way to hop around the interview toopics.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Great software program, just have to follow the prompts and input my information. I file for my wife and I (jointly), daughter and son. Granted we don’t have any complex tax situations but for a nominal fee for software it beats doing my tax returns manually!

For my needs H&R Block Deluxe meets all of my needs. I have used it for about 20 years. Before that I used Turbo Tax and have fount H&R Block just as easy to use at about half of the cost.
