My Federal E-Filing failed.
Because my wife's AGI did not match last year's AGI or her pin # did not match last year's filing.
We have always filed a JOINT RETURN. And I used the same Pin number for many years.
How can this get fixed?

TOO many problems this year.

Charged twice for the State. Duplicated some of my uploaded documents and files. NOT as intuitive as the last time I used the program. Links not provided, but just tells you where you need to go for something but not with enough directions to get there.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Relatively unchanged from last year. I like the straight-forward usage and no-frills and intuative UI. Only detractor is that there's some marketing in the product. I understand the desire to try to upsell, but in a product I've purchased it automatically loses a star for that.

Cumbersome navigation. Have to close forms to access main menu. Can have only one form open at a time. When I right click on a line item in a form to open an itemized list that I created, what comes up is a list of form lines instead of the itemized list itself, so I have to guess which line item to pick.
TurboTax has none of these issues and is much easier to use. I'm using your program because TurboTax now requires Windows 11 for which I would need to buy a new PC.
