So..we have been using the software for years..and really..honestly..for 'continuity' sake only. Overall, the same quirks and flaws exist (such as the final review with error? messages that are not really issues or errors) and the IRA counter-intuitive interview language that makes you question whether you entered everything correctly. Now, with AI becoming more effective and prevalent..I hope you might be able to 'remember' what I worked on last year and only ask the questions and populate the return that applies to me specifically. Gotta do better...otherwise..TurboTax it shall be.

Great until I got stuck in a loop after an update. Your support had send a working copy so I could efile. After the update, new version number verified, when efiling, the software kept saying I needed to update. Not very happy with this.

I have used the H&R Block tax software for years, always pretty good. This year am having difficulty with charitable deductions and a form it states is for some reason required now. The Help is useless in that it only displays forms and instructions. Would be nice to be able to talk to someone directly and ask questions on this particular form and get assistance in filling it out correctly if really needed.

Easy to download both the original software and the updates. A couple of the "data" warnings were difficult to maneuver through. Message were not always helpful.
