I’ve used a competitor product for over 20 years and decided to try something different. I am very pleased to say it was a great decision. This product is very easy to use and is straightforward. Great product!!

Generally excellent software although a little quirky. For example, in future releases it would be helpful to note that TXF files must be opened before they can be downloaded into H&RB software. That said, I would definitely recommend the software to others.

Consist, easy to use, simple in app support, and regular update prompts to incorporate needed adjustments,. As long as the user follows the data prompts, I believe all user data is added into the system inwhich automatically calculates or places where needed .
I been successfully using H &R Block tax software for many years.

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I have been using TurboTax for many years. They however chose to not support Windows 10 desktop version offering a totally online version; an option I did not like. I prefer a desktop version which provides me both time flexibility and security. After reading reviews decided to switch. By comparison to my many years using TurboTax, I found your software to be a little less elegant (minor point) but VERY EFFECTIVE (Major point). I plan to continue to use the H&R Block desktop software in the future.
