The software this year was awful. It kept replacing figures we entered with other figures. It was not just my return, it was all the returns that we did on this year’s software. If one was a joint return, it took W2 figures from spouse and entered on taxpayer. Each time we corrected it and moved on, it would do it again.

I switched to H&R Block tax software from TurboTax because H&R Block software still runs on Windows 10. The software worked fine EXCEPT that I do not believe that it accurately handles the estimates for Estimated Taxes for 2027.

I had used TurboTax for at least the last dozen years. I had never particularly liked it, but I did like the fact that it would get a lot of information from the previous year's taxes, and saved me some typing. This year, it required that I update the operating system on my computer, which I didn't want to do, so I tried your tax software. It was able to get a lot of information from the previous year's taxes, so I didn't really lose anything that mattered to me. My taxes this year were a little more complicated than usual, and I had a hard time finding out how to enter some of the information, but I think I succeeded. I'll probably use your software again next year, and after I do a normal year's taxes, I might like it better, and feel more comfortable with it, but for now, it wasn't appreciably better.
