I've used H&R Block tax software for 5+ years and it has performed well. As a senior citizen I think their software is fairly easy to navigate and understand. I figure if I can use it most everyone else can too.

I used this product last year but this year I was disappointed. I felt that insufficient effort has been put into several interview questions particularly when submitting an amended tax return. Also I could not get submit an amended State tax return via the software. The help desk was inconsistent and I had poor help on one occasion and better help on the second occasion.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the software but I would like to have Form 2210 and Minnesota M15 available to fill in and submit with E-filing. It would also be great if a PDF file could be attached to the E-fie.

I have used this for at least 15 years. It is great for my tax return for monies earned in the US. I also do the sons tax return. He lives in Japan. Without your software I could not do it. BUT, some of the instructions are vague and have been written by someone who knows the software but has not actually used it.
