Multiple problems with the program this year Including a known problem with health care reports that meant I wasted almost an entire day on an issue you knew about and fixed a week later. Sure would have been nice if you told us it was a fault in your program and wait for us to fix it before you try to proceed!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not very user friendly in my opinion. If I didn't know what I was doing I would not have gotten all my credits nor the amount of refund I am now getting. I had to go looking for the Mortgage Credit Certificate Form and redo the energy credit form several times before it accepted it. The help tips don't give much information either. Not sure I would use this program again.

Is easy to use and is a good product in general, but there are times where the software requests the user to read an IRS publication. It’s my expectation that the software will walk the user through situations and determine the best solution.

I've used this software for the past 25 years with only one exception when I was forced to use a tax accountant. Always a pleasure, thorough and accurate. One suggestion: I would love to see a way to make the text larger instantly, preferably with a slider or magnifier for the really small text. Other than that, I recommend this software to everybody.
