Made a typo in the state return and didn't realize until after I submitted it and it asked for a PDF attachment. Of course I had no PDF attachment and I could not e-file without it. Since it was already submitted I could not go back and edit the appropriate form. This software should notify you that need to attached a document BEFORE you submit it.

Easy to use. When you do not understand a question there is a box to click that explains the question and you understand how to answer. Data items needed from last year's return are automatically entered for you.

It's easy to use, and this year it was so much easier to find the employers in the search so i didn't have to put all the information in from my w2's. I have switched away From TurboTax after many years of using it. Their upgrade to the higher operating systems requirement rendered all my legacy computers incompatible. HR Block is much less expensive and more thorough in preparation

Terrible product this year. Spent several hours in putting data only to find out my saved return would not open. Contacted the useless help support and they had me reload new software and do all over. Same results! Finally customer help admitted problem was a known issue and was fixed in an update 3/27/26. Hours wasted with their nonsense!
