Worst online tax filing experience I've ever had.

I'd give it Zero stars, if I could! This software is terrible. I have five kids and every time I've tried to file their taxes with this software - we get to the very end when it's time to e-file and the system seems to have trouble connecting and updating. I have not been able to get an online update ever since I purchased this software. Very frustrating! I've had to send my tax forms in via snail mail. This is the worst tax software I've used. I won't be purchasing it again - ever!

Worked really well for us. I love the tax planning interview; however, would recommend adding a separate question on planning for Social Security income. I assume that 85% of the SSA income is taxable, but am not sure.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

The spouse box is not checked! The student box is not checked! Quit putting this on the error list. Two years in a row I had to buy TurboTax after buying H&R.
