This software kept crashing on me in the middle of entering data. It happened so frequently that I am now tired of it and will not buy it again. Another problem is with printing. Except for the summary pages, all of IRS forms are cut off in the middle. I tried suggestions of AI and it still did not solve my problem. Same printing problem had occurred with my 2024 tax returns. Couldn’t get hold of a live person to get help. Next year I am definitely using another software to file my taxes.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
