Easy to use, but sometimes I have to do some digging to figure out what a particular subject is about.

Lots of automatic fills and advancement to next page. Not able to access and live assistance. some questions I have remain unanswered. Not completely confident all is correct but accuracy check by them said it was so... will see. This is my first time using.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rough edges never get fixed, it seems

Began using to escape the Intuit's overblown upselling. I like that HRB does limit this, a bit, though bolding your preferred sale seems predatory.
EXTREMELY disappointed I cannot continue using HRB on my Windows7 PC - a pain to borrow my son's gamer, and likely a deal breaker for me in future.
Oddly confusing wording on some screens, with shallow backup info - sloppy editing - get some focus groups on it.
State I use remains pretty poorly handled for us non-residents who will allocate partially.
Review doesn't handle warnings well, jumping back and forth to detail forms is cumbersome, and following the logic is hard with some results.
WHY/HOW would I get some credit for business owners if I'm not owning a business?? Could NOT track that down, so submitted it. :/
Faster, easier than a live tax service, and certainly less expensive; but I wonder if the ditching of Windows7 operability and the continuing sloppiness and poor back-info will have me trying the IRS's toy first next year.

Good program and easy to use BUT I hate that you keep updating the program weeks and sometimes a month after i file my return!! Can't you get all the updates done by the end of Feb???

Have use hrb for several years --could be more customer user friendly---especially when one wants to copy certain pages and their explanations sometimes are not very good!!!
