Parts are not user friendly !
Hard to use to print out just “One” form … wants do print the final tax form (32 pages) !

Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I bought this about a month ago as my usual software did not support Windows 10. This did and I was able to download my previous years tax data. Your program worked fine, my hardware kept breaking down.

the federal program seemed very nice. the state program was very confusing near the end. i am getting a return, it asked if i wanted an extension. i said i was e-filing and it asked questions about printing and mailing.

I am a long time User. The software meets my needs. The only issue is sometimes it is a challenge to get past the "errors" it finds prior to doing an e-file. Twice over the last five years I could not get around these "errors" and had to print and send in via snail mail. That piece of the software needs to be improved in terms of providing the user a much better ability to correct and be able to e-file.
I would recommend this to a friend!
