I've been using it for years, but each year I evaluate my options again because it consistently falls short of my expectations. But each year I find the are the best price at missing expectations. There are several areas where I have to find the rules on my own and manually calculate a number to fill in to continue. The new AI was good, until I asked the same question 3 times and got 3 answers
