Horrible! So far I am very disappointed in this software. Nothing but problems
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

I have been paying taxes since the 1960s and have tried a myriad of different methods and programs, some free, others more expensive. The best, easiest, and most reliable, in my experience and opinion, has proven to be H&R Block.
