Most of program is good. Two complaints:
1. Doesn't really help you figure your Federal tax penalty. Just refers you to the IRS form to fill out.
2. You can only attach one document to your State taxes as a last step before electronically sending your tax package. Seems like a major oversight.

I've used the HR Block software now for 7 years. It is easy to follow. The most frustration I've experienced is the accuracy check at the end of my input. Trying to find "my own" input or data errors is the most challenging, but necessary.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
