If I pay for federal and state, please don't make me pay additional to file my state. Would've never bought this if I knew I had to pay double for state taxes....stupid and deceptive

I wanted to give Block a 5, but for the second year in a row, I paid for and downloaded the program and you sold the same download to other people. The first time my computer crashed and I had to download the program again. I get a message that I had exceeded my downloads. I only downloaded it once. This tells me that other people had the same issue. You are wrong for that. I spent unnecessary time each year calling to get a download. Last year the lady couldn’t help me at all. I had to go to a store to buy another program. She tried various downloads and they all had exceeded the limit. That is why I preferred the disc. I’m sure it was more costly to your company, but I didn’t waste time calling the company. This year, I called and the gentleman was able to help me. My time was wasted, but I didn’t have to venture out to purchase another one. He was very patient and professional. I’ve used the program for years. For the cost, you need to do better. For customer loyalty, you really need to do better.

TOOK 3 TRIES BUT FINALLY GOT IT FILED . SEEMS THERE IS A GLITCH IN THE STATE TAX FILING. iF YOU FILE BOTH TOGETHER NEITHER WILL FILE. AFTER STATE UPDATE , FILING WENT SMOOTH.

I have used your tax preparation software for decades and have always been impressed with the accuracy and relative ease in using this application software. This year, however, was a bit challenging with all the new tax law changes. Your program was just not as helpful or as explanatory and "guiding" as it has been in the past. I am a bit disappointed with your program this year.

I was not contacted by specialists as promised and was left out in the cold for an extended time. I am not pleased with the lack of attention rhat I was given and I may go to TurboTax next year.
