I believe in and trusted plus used H&R block tax software for over 10 years. It always been easy to use and accurate. I will continue to use this tax software because I know I can depend on it. I do my state and federal tax and e-file both to faster return. I think H&R Tax software is the best.

Same as the many tears I have used this software doing one of the most important jobs I have - filing income taxes for federal and state properly and correctly, one time.
Tax laws change constantly and are always updated and applied to my situation through a simple question and answer format.

Covers just about everything but you have to read

I trusted it for accuracy. You changed it and made it more complicated to use. I had a hard time finding last years program for a friend. I did not understand your usage of all the numbers of stock sales and didn't know
what you wanted. I had to get help from my daughter who had figured that out. It took many hours to do my
return. Having worked for Block for 32 years didn't help me figure out your program.

Corrupt version caused headache but problem solved

The software or the update feature was corrupt which prevented me from filing my returns. The software worked well completing the returns but displayed an error message when trying to file. After several phone calls, I was emailed a new link that worked. I used the product for several years and this is the first time this has happened.

My imported 1099-INT had a value of less than 1 dollar. The H&R software could not accept it. I could not edit it. No error message explained what to do. You need to fix this.
