The online help doesn’t work while using the software. It just provides possible reasons for the problem, none of which apply. The software has no trouble connecting to the internet to get updates, or charge me for add on features. Just no help.

There were some issues this year which seems like they should have caught. For example the AI search is almost useless. I had several questions which seemed rather basic which it couldn’t answer. The regular search was no better. Additionally I accidentally imported some financial data twice and the program didn’t catch it. I would think it should have questioned whether or not importing the same info twice was correct. Also, it allowed me to put 1099-B info in the wrong place. I think the program should also have questioned me about this as well. Disappointed with this program this year.
Pros: Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The federal part of the software is fine and worked well. The Arizona part is missing Form 352 which I needed, and miscalculated tax credits on the final form.
