For the second year in a row my return was delayed and I received a letter from the IRS. Both years, your software didn't send the 6198 form, even thought it shows up in my saved return AND the send batch.
Each year I have to find an office service and pay extra money and time due to the failure of your product.
You have not empowered your support people to make this right, so I am stuck with the choice if I should continue to use your product after 15 years of loyalty.

I have used this software for years. It does what it needs to do.
This year, I used it to file for my son, who did not want to have the refund directly deposited. He opted for having a check sent to him and the return was filed. Two days later we get a letter from the IRS stating they don't send checks anymore. Now we need to go through the ID.me process and other hoops to get his refund. The software should not allow this to be chosen as an option.

Software works but some tax questions meanings are nebulous for a non-tax fluent individual. Some of the data entry screens grey out data entry, requiring data entry at later (unclear entry points) )resulting in challenges to complete an interview and submit taxes. It is posible to enter tax data in more than one spot, and it becomes confusing and blocking to acceptably complete an interview. In 1-1/2 hours the initial data load was complete, then 3 hours was spent figuring out workarounds for how data had been entered to enable submission of the federal tax return. It shouldn't be that hard.
