I have used the program for the last 5 years and will continue next year. Was able to do my taxes in a total of 4 to five hours and half of that time was finding information. I love the way it downloads my 1099s and puts the information where it needs to be. Being able to deduct the price ain’t bad either.

Been using H&R block for a long time. Very easy to use. I feel it gives both me and the Government a fair deal. The 4 star rating is because when I put my direct deposite info in for the last two years and carefully checked the numbers it left off two digits. Last year I eventually got a check for the refund. This year still waiting.

I've used H&R Block software for close to a dozen years. Maybe my concentration was off this year, or age is catching up somewhat, but I had to pay more attention to some parts of the software, as compared to other years. It seems like I had to be more observant than usual. The end result was fine, as always before. I still plan on using in the future, however.
