Program worked well and was easy to walk through. Still have an issue with getting software updates from the program. Always have to go to the web site to get updates. This should be easy to fix.

I have used HRB for well over 15 years and it gets better, even having to quickly adjust its software to IRS changes.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

The product I finally chose included the features that I needed and imported my data from last year's H&R Block product without issue. It was difficult to choose what level product to use this year, however. There was conflicting information online and the description of the product in the store was minimal. I used to receive a discount offer by mail but did not this year.

Buyer beware. There were rudimentary bugs that left me feel there was no QA done for this software.
For example, I have 2 dependents. Then I edited the second dependent and clicked save, the first name of the first dependent was populated as the first name of the second dependent.
Major issue with W2. After entering the 3rd W2, the income of the first W2 was zeroed out. When I went back and tied to fix the first W2, after I clicked save, the income from the 3rd W2 was populated in place of the first W2. I have zero trust in this software and will never buy it again.
