H&R Block Tax software was very easy to use. It was very clear and concise. Easy to understand and a good alternative to TurboTax which was not supported any longer on my computer. I think I will continue to use this tax program next year. Very pleased.

I decided to use this versus TurboTax because it was cheaper and sales tax is waived at the store. I found using the product was slightly more tedious than TurboTax but I was able to complete my taxes.
Cons: Time consuming

Disappointed with the difficulty of the program

Difficult to add forms that are not used on the average tax filer. Impossible to find certain forms like PA 205/ PA65 Schedule RK-1 for the PA state.
Also difficult to correct accuracy errors. At least the program thinks they are errors.
