A little more complicated than software I used in the past. But, it was significantly less expensive. In addition, the past software doesn't support Windows 10 and this one does.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

The only reason I give it a 4 star rating instead of a 5 is because the H&R program that ius used to file the returns only does not cover the state of VT. The Federal IRS onliune filing works well, but we have to still do a by certified mail filing for Vermont. It ius frustrating.

Got into an infinite loop while completed and program was doing accuracy tests. Read fax’s to no avail, did chat to no avail, got a person who recommended some steps which also did not get me out of the loop I was in. The loop was related to a form with last years data ant the specific field was a”reserved” field. How do you get out of such a loop? The override function did not work. That was very frustrating! At the point of electronically filing and unable to do the filing. The solution I came up with was to create a new file,re-enter all my pertinent information and thus I was able to escape that loop. It was related to previous year info for itemized data, which I did not do (I took the standard deduction last year and this year). By not using previous year information, I was able to escape the loop, and thus complete, pass accuracy checks and file electronically.
