Federal was OK, but ended up having to mail the state return for some weird error code that was not good enough for me to fix it three times. No way to get help, your “AI” sucks.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Missing some features. First time and last.

Doesn't import all data. Doesn't generate minimum estimated taxes for 2026 and make 1040-ES forms. Input fields were small .Prior TurboTax was better.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use and when I was charged 2 times for state filing they fixed it right away. That was my only issue with this program.

I was disappointed in the software this year. Several times, the “payer” information on a 1099 got mixed up and applied to a different 1099. I had to re-enter data several times. I guess it worked out, because I got my refund as calculated, but not a great confidence builder.
