Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

There have been more issues and more difficult than I ever had with Turbo tax. My emails say return was rejected but that is not what software says so I have no idea what is wrong. Reviews come back with no issues
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

H&R Block Tax Software is the best on the market. Clear and detailed instructions. I've been using it since it was Taxcut, back in the 90's. It has never failed me. I also like that I can download the software and work with it on my laptop. I hope that doesn't change. For a few years since 90's I had my taxes done by an accountant, who also used a professional version of H&R Block's software.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
