I use this every year. Always easy to file and nice that’s it’s an actual desktop program you can download. Has issues with K-1s which was lame.

I carried over all the information from the previous year as I always did and redid the numbers. On the 20th I did an update and it screwed everything up. I had to redo the entire return. I even called up and the guy goes. Yep you have to start over. I was not happy

Worked well and seemed very complete. Downloading forms from financial institutes worked very well. In some cases, the software asks whether I had certain financial events that should be reported, but it didn't define or explain those events. It's good that the software can handle those things but it would be better if it could explain them in simple terms so I could be sure I was answering correctly.

Been using for years and it works well for most things. I do wish the you would incorporate the K-1 fillings into your software. A huge number of us now own LOTS of stocks including the MLP's and your "DELUXE" software ignores this common issue with middle-upper class tax payers. Come into the 21st century...completely.
