In my experience over the past 5+ years, this software is easy to use. Good explanations of different steps and terms for someone with basic knowledge of tax procedures. Our taxes are relatively straightforward and I trust H&R to give an accurate federal and state return. I start looking for the program to be on sale somewhere a few months early. No complaints to date.

With help and assistance from my daughter, the taxes were filled out, HTB was satisfactory, I filed, Tax auditors accepted, and within a week I had my return. Best program, best response and I tell people how glad I am to choose this program.
