Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Overall it worked well. There were not as many issues with identifying stocks that were downloaded trades from my brokerage accounts as in prior years. One company did not download but manual entry was not difficult. For the second year in a row there was an error in Oregon state taxes. I received my refund very fast but for a different higher amount. Then received a letter later showing the difference. Both last year and this year. Both times the refund was adjusted higher and not by a large amount.

The product isn't as good as it was a couple years ago. It use to be more clear, more explanatory. It also has some misinformation. I had to go to IRS website twice to see if something applied to me.
