Unacceptable performance. Can’t get Fidelity data

The Deluxe and State version did not download my Fidelity Investments data. The program kept saying to verify my Social Security number. Fidelity verified that all information is correct on their end. I may have to try to find another program next year as I spent roughly 30 hours typing in all the Fidelity trades individually. Not acceptable. The reason to purchase the program is to make the tax return preparation easier. HR Block fell very short.

Used for 20 years. No longer can import from Merrill. Will switch to a CPA next year. Why are you throwing a good thing away? You have no real competition. Turbo Tax is a non starter.
