Used for 20 years. No longer can import from Merrill. Will switch to a CPA next year. Why are you throwing a good thing away? You have no real competition. Turbo Tax is a non starter.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

Very disappointed that the H&R software did not support the Schedule 915, Worksheet 1 - 4 dealing with lump sum Social Security payments. You get an "F!"
