I completed my 2025 taxes, but because I had to include Form 5329 (forgot to take an RMD last year), my tax form is unable to be e-filed. Don't know if this is an IRS issue or a Tax Cut programming issue, but I'll try after one more update before I have to mail my federal tax form to the IRS.

Generally pleased with the app - have used it for years (from when it was called TaxCut). Occasionally crashed during app software updates. One glitch I encountered for the 2025 return was that the Interview didn't insist that I obtain an Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) from the IRS, and enter it on the form 1040. Since I expected a federal refund (first time in several years), the IRS mailed me a letter requiring that I apply for and submit the IP PIN. This delayed my refund by an extra four weeks or so.
One minor complaint is that (with the Mac version of the app), you can't close the app by clicking on the red button in the upper-left corner (you have to use the Mac toolbar menu). I've called attention to this several times.
