I have used the H&R software for several years and the programs have prepared accurate returns with few issues over the years. This year I have a complaint. The 2026 SC program incorrectly added back my state tax deduction (from the federal return) twice. I think you incorrectly applied the state's decoupling from the Federal tax code. In addition, the second deduction was poorly described as "other miscellaneous add-backs" and I had to figured out what the addback was myself.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!
