Software bugs keep changing numbers from previously imported forms, creating mistakes that may go unnoticed and result in incorrect tax returns being submitted. Even after submitting a support item for this critical bug, I got no reply and there has been no update to fix it. Will be returning to Turbo Tax next year.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I clearly and confirmed I do not have State Tax's and confirmed it. When I got to the end your site Stated I needed to review a few items and those items where on documents that had to do with State Tax's. I had no choice but to go pasts those FORMs that your software filled out for me and left some items highlighted in yellow to complete. I submitted those forms incomplete as I had no choice because I clearly states I Have NO STATE TAXES!

I have used HR Block for over 10 years and find value in it. This year I switched to to Apple version and noticed there is no password protection at the file level like there is on the Windows version. This needs to be fixed.
