Allows us to file tax returns efficiently. We have had six digit Federal Government issued PINs for several years and found it unnecessarily difficult to locate the input location in the “interview” process. A separate dedicated page would have been better.

I have been a user for years back when it was called TAX CUT. I had an issue with the handling of the new provisions for the TRUMP investment credit for children. Data input should stop if the children do not qualify based on date of birth

I've used this software for many years and tax seasons. You need to fix automatically loading major banks and investment house and SSA for all 1099.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Great service, not satisfied with service changes

They never should have made the deal with the government to provide truely free tax preparation along with turbo tax if they didn’t plan to provide the service… my taxes were handled well and my situation isn’t free but also I’m not about to say too bad to those who would normally qualify…

I use H&R Block's Federal and State Tax software every year. Usually very complete and accurate. For 2025 I found an error in the software processing imported 5498 forms. This error changed my Fed return from owing 5,200+ to a refund of 1,200. E-file for Fed was accepted. Submit paper for state and school.
