I called the tax expert help line several times. They were not able to help me with the problem I was having with the program.I finally stumbled on to a solution on my own. problem with downloads from brokerage account .When down loading info ,after down load program quit and removed all ready imputed info.Had to start all over several times.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall I like the software. The one area of improvement I would like to see is the ability to see and edit the IRS forms directly. Or at least when looking at the form the ability to select the field that needs editing and betaken to the spot in the H&B software that need to be changed..

Having used Turbo Tax for over twenty years, I decided to give HR Block tax software my business. Compared to Turbo Tax, I found it to be very awkward. I will probably not use it again.

Excellent tax software. However, an explanation of what overtime pay is would help. For example, double time pay is not excluded, only the half portion of time and a half pay is excluded for time and a half pay and double time pay.
