It's great at walking you through every step of filling out the tax forms and doing a lot automatically. I wish I could go to each number I input more easily (like a spreadsheet) and do a quick change to a number. Instead the software takes you through the entire process again. Automatic import of 1099 was only partial - the software could not handle a high amount of trades.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I have been using your product for about six or seven years now. Overall, I like it it does what I need to do.
However, the one issue I do have with it is the limit, how many times you can install it on one machine. This year I had to call and get special permission and a special updated app so I could reinstall the program. I work with highly sensitive materials and have to rebuild my hard drive on a continuous basis that requires me to delete everything on the drive and reinstall it
I would like to see your company. Remove the ridiculous limits on installation times and allow us to install it whenever and how many times we want.
