As far as the functionality of the software, it is fine. I have used H&R software for over 15 years.
However for the last few years the software has been "buggy". This year, once I created my initial form and saved it, I could not get back into the file without going through the installation process again. It did not seem that it actually reinstalled the product but the installation process was the only way to get bring up the work I had already completely. Fortunately I never lost any input into the form. I ran the program on MAC/OS, latest software version.

Since I have a fairly easy return it wasn't a problem except that when I went to print the documentation after I filed and after the update, it resubmitted my tax filing. Was unable to uplaod data from last year and had to physically look up my gross income for the previous year.
