Horrible version!

It made several bad mistakes. I was married filing separately. I filled in the information asked for my spouse including her birthdate. Then it said I needed to delete it, which I did.,Then it said I lived in a foreign country when I hadn’t. Then it said there were no issues with Federal. But the IRS rejected it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I continue to do my taxes on my own because of the many helpful features this particular software tool offers. The step by step narratives are really helpful and simplify the process. The only improvement I would make is revising the explanation for when student loan interest can be deducted by someone other than the student. The integration options for previous yearl filings and state taxes is fairly straight forward and consistent. And the option to ask for H&R help - online or locally - is a nice feature too.

Have used your software for years, it was very glitchy this year. Import from past year was very difficult. Trying to find various supporting forms was not straightforward. I will think twice about using it in the future.
