Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I have been using this software for years and look forward to doing my taxes quickly and getting my refund. The only improvement I could suggest would be the ability to simplify the program's questions based on last year’s answers, but I understand that would be difficult, but not impossible with AI assistance.
