Got through and liked refund, but IRS had me jump through hoops to prove I was me, with pictures of me, my drivers lisence etc. IRS info was easy, but they said it would take a while to process and refund. Not sure what is going on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the program in January 2026, did my taxes early, and they were accepted by the IRS in just a few minutes. The State taxes were accepted in about 3 hours. I have been using your product for most of my life. I started way back when it was called Tax Cut. It has really helped me do my own taxes. Great product. The only problem I find is figuring RMD. You should include the RMD factor, and make figuring it easier. It is very confusing the way you have it.

I use H&R Block tax software as it is cost effective and easy to load and use. My one suggestion is if you open an itemized list, it should know based upon the cell I selected and not present a list of all the itemized lists you created. I should not have to sort out which form and line number in order pick the right cryptic list name. What a waste of user time.

I was new to H&R Block's Oncome tax software. It was very clear on processing and completing my Tax Return.
The only issue I have with the software was, it was not clear on how to get a Data file of my return. I had to call the help service to get that information. This is something your Techs need to address.
