I have been buying this for the last several years. It basically leads you through the tax process. The only real fault is that it doesn't send you to the appropriate form when using help with a specific tax issue.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

I bought this program 1.5 months ago. It was unclear in its directions for foreign tax credit and wouldn't allow me to complete 3 Forms 8606 for 3 different IRA distributions. Instead, it jumbled the three together. I spent hours trying to do so to no avail and called your reps at least 3 times about it and got no help to resolve these issues.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
