You have a cliche in the state form. I had problems with it at the end filing and finishing the program. Had to restart several times. It did print out federal at the end. My daughter had the same problem. I tried the reinstall it like the person said in chat time. I do Philip taxes for him. It's really my tax program I purchase from you guys online downloading. I rather have the CD cause I can always reinstalled it. Name is Marilyn Brantley I have used you tax program for years. I don't care for downloading .
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I bought the program early in the year. Had to wait until end of February before I could file my taxes. That was a federal instruction. Easy to use and was done in a short time.
