Have been using the software for many years. Was shocked to find out that the 2025 tax software was no longer compatible with my old computer at home. I could have used more of a notice that there was a substantial change in the software compatibility. I also was looking for a summary of new laws and credits for 2025 and related definitions. I'm not sure that I received the credits that I was expecting and the software did not really emphasize them for me.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Just one problem.... for my Wisconsin State return... there were five pages to Form 1 but the software only printed 4 of the 5 pages. The software did not print page 4 of 5 because there were no numbers on that page but the State I believe wanted all 5 pages submitted even though there were no numbers on that page.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
