I have been using this softare for decades from when it was called Tax Cut. Overal, I likeit. However, some of the sections are not clearly written, Another issue4 is dealling with getting back to a section that needs more information.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have purchased H&R Block's software for the past 8 years with no problems. Everything worked according to what I expected. However, this year I've had a problem with printing our returns to a PDF file prior to filing. Finally, I called the toll-free number and inquired about any software problems they were aware of. They came back and said they knew of a problem printing and they would correct the problem in an update. I suggested they should have done a blast email to all users letting us know of this problem instead of us getting upset over the printing problems.
Pros: Easy to prepare
