it was not too difficult to file my taxes. I hope I got all of the deductions I deserve - there were very few.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I have been using H & R Block software for more than ten years. The user interface has improved every year and the application is straight forward to use. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Federal tax was correct, but I ended up doing the Wisconsin forms by hand. I had no Wisconsin tax due, but then the software never checked for the 2024 amount that I applied to my 2025 taxes. Then of course it never asked it I wanted a refund or wanted it applied to 2026 taxes.
It is VERY DIFFICULT to find a phone number, but finally I was told the wait was 45 minutes. I waited an hour and 20 minutes before I gave up because by then it was after 10:00 pm.
