2025 Program a Disappointment Compared to Past Yrs

Several issues using the 2025 product that I have not had in past years. Unable to print single forms by themselves, data from individual tax forms did not carry over correctly to form 1040, quality check incorrectly found errors that were the result of data not carrying over correctly. In past, product worked great and was easy to use. I spent a lot of time this year trying to fix errors in the program, print documents, and determine estimated taxes. Despite issues, I have liked using this product for many years. Hope next year is better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs improvements.

1. California Tax Summary page does not include the state’s taxable income unlike the Federal version.
2. App does not allow closing a file without exiting the program.
3. Finally, the “Learn More” pop-ups increased the size of the font and wrapped the sentences to the next lines. However, when increasing the fonts of the main body, the remains of the paragraph disappeared to the right side of the page. It needs to be like the “Learn More” pop-ups.

1) Took forever to find the QCD deduction
2) System would lockup when using HELP
3) While entering full year residency for school year, school tax was screwed up because system calculated tax on only partial year residency.- already sent in before I found error.
So...NOT HAPPY!!!
