Straightforward tax return preparation with 1 snag

It did everything I wanted except handle a K-1 form. It said I would need a later update to the software for that to work, and I couldn't wait for that update because I had travel plans. It would not allow me to file my taxes without that update, and the workaround from support did not work. I will have to file a supplemental return later, assuming the problem is fixed.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

The fact you charge a fee to use a credit card for processing is a crime! Should not be allowed. The customer is using a card for convenience and you get paid immediately

Have used this software for many years and never an issue. This year it has bugs. It changes the w2 income to another w2 amount after I review the inputs. Now I am not sure I can trust its calculations.
