Used to be a good program. Updates take way to long. waited over 1 month to file because of depreciation worksheet.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

My Oregon state taxes didn’t come out perfect for me or for my daughter. The program fills in a kicker amount (state term) but the amounts determined by Oregon were different. Small glitch x2. Federal was perfect for wife and me, and for two daughters. So easy. Won’t ever change brands.

I filed my return on a Sunday and received my refund to my bank by Thursday. I have used this software for many years and it gets more intuitive each year. I like the check your return feature that highlights issues that are not reasons to reject your return but may require more documentation.
