Some fields are required to eFile but are not necessary. I submitted 2 questions several days ago to Support and still hadn't heard back. The rest of the tool was good. I had to Google to guess at the answers so I can submit via eFile. I am crossing my fingers.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

I was charged twice for filing. I got to the end and put in my card info then hit finish and an update thing popped up made me update and put in my card information again, and double charged me. Other than that everything else was smooth.
