i was hoping that since i did my taxes with you last year it would be easier this year. I had issues getting info to auto fill from providers ein numbers. also found the help info for the DIV forms to be confusing
Cons: Hard to import documents

The program was flawless, but my biggest problem(it needs to be corrected) is completing the entry page to download the program...I spent over 2 days wrestling with this issue...I finally got ahold of a tech--a real person--and he solved my problem in 30 seconds...he said "type in each letter of the form and do not copy/paste"...he said it was a chronic problem he has helped people with...give explicit instructions at the beginning or allow "copy/paste" and I will give you 5 stars...thanks for paying attention to these comments

I use Deluxe with State. Generally works for me quite well for several years. I did have a couple of questions, and like everything else, seeking answers gets you an AI decision tree that doesn't get what you need. Usually a list of links to the IRS instructions. Given the ads always emphasize easy help desk available, I didn't find that so.

I've been using this program for years to file my taxes. The federal and stte returns are a snap to complete and seem to be accurate. However, the program falls short in computing my MN property tax refund. After having the state correct my M1PR for the last two years, I decided to manually compute my property tax refund. It differs significantly from the program's computation. I'll probably continue to use the program for the federal and state returns, but will NEVER trust them again to compute my property tax refund.
